1. Seller and product

Notch Revenue (“we”) sells a perpetual license to the Notch Revenue macOS app. It displays revenue summaries from your own Stripe accounts in your Mac's notch area.

2. Price and payment

The license costs US$19.99 as a one-time payment, subject to the amount shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments; we do not access or store your card details. After successful payment, your license key appears on the purchase page and is sent to your checkout email.

3. License scope

  • One license key can activate any number of Macs used by you.
  • The license is for the purchaser or their team's internal use. License keys may not be resold, publicly shared or distributed.
  • The purchase includes updates within the current major version. Any future paid major version will come with advance details about upgrade options.

4. System requirements and license checks

The app supports Apple Silicon (M-series) Macs running macOS 14 or later. Licenses are periodically rechecked online. Activated apps can be used offline for up to 30 days. Checks use activation credentials, a random installation ID and app version, never your Stripe keys or revenue.

5. Your Stripe data

You must provide a restricted, read-only key for your own Stripe account. Keys stay in your Mac's Keychain. The app accesses Stripe directly from your Mac and your revenue does not pass through our servers. You are responsible for your Stripe account and use of its keys.

6. License termination

We may disable a license key if payment is reversed, a chargeback occurs or the key is used in breach of these terms.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” Revenue summaries are for reference and do not replace the Stripe dashboard or formal financial records. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses from use or inability to use the app, and our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the license.
