Refund Policy

Before you buy

Notch Revenue is a digital software license delivered immediately after payment. Refunds are generally not offered for a change of mind or no longer needing the app. Duplicate purchases, unresolved core functionality issues and cases required by law are handled as described below.

Before paying, please confirm:

  • Your Mac has an Apple Silicon (M-series) chip and runs macOS 14 or later.
  • You receive payments through Stripe and can create a restricted key in its dashboard.
  • You can try the demo on the homepage or read the Setup guide.

Report a problem

If the app is not working, first contact support@notchrevenue.com with your purchase email and a description of the problem. We will help investigate. Refund requests can be reviewed for:

  • Duplicate purchases by the same person;
  • Defects we cannot fix within a reasonable time that prevent core functionality from working;
  • Cases where local law expressly requires a refund.

After a refund, the license key is disabled immediately. Activated Macs stop syncing revenue at their next online license check.
